Welcome to Estet Studio. Here, you can find all the important information about our terms and conditions for shopping at estet.dk.
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
When purchasing products on estet.dk you must fill on your personal information such as name, address, and payment information.
PAYMENT
At Estet Studio you can pay with VisaDankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron.
FREIGHT WITHIN DENMARK
The shipping fee is counted based on the county of shipment and the weight of the products.
You might also want to pick up the item yourself - free of freight costs at our studio in Copenhagen. Your order can be picked up by appointment at our studio. The Studio address: Ny Vestergade 9, 1471, Copenhagen.
DAMAGED PARCELS
Please check the contents of the parcel upon receipt. If the parcel or its contents are damaged, notify us within 24 hours so we can refund the item's cost. We are responsible for goods damaged in transit and will either replace the item or refund the cost if it's no longer in stock.

RETURN POLICY
You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of purchase. Please include the original invoice. You can send or return your parcel to our studio at:

We kindly ask that products be returned in the same condition as when purchased. Unfortunately, we cannot accept used or damaged goods or products showing signs of wear. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are in their original condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at mail.to.estet@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once we receive and approve your return, we will refund the order amount to your account or gift card used for the purchase.
For items of a certain size or fragility picked up from our studio, we kindly ask that they be personally returned to the studio.
Classes purchased at Estet Studio can be refunded within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the booking and payment are binding. We do not offer refunds for classes after the 24-hour window, but if a class is canceled, you will receive a voucher for a new class.
Gift cards, including pottery class gift cards, are valid for 3 months and cannot be refunded.
GIFT CARDS
At Estet Studio, you can purchase a gift card for use in our online or physical store. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with the gift card, which you can print out. Alternatively, you can visit our store to pick up a physical gift card. The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Please note that gift cards, including pottery class gift cards, cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
